Commercial claims are not like retail matters or subrogation claims and
have their own special needs. Speed is critical in the handling of
commercial claims in order to be able to recover money before a company
files bankruptcy, dissipates assets or simply shuts its doors and goes
out of business. Our experience has proven that the first creditor to
demand payment and/or litigate a claim is usually the first and many
times the last creditor to obtain monetary satisfaction.
Furthermore, proper identification of the commercial debtor is paramount
in the decision-making process before suit is even filed. The Norych Law Group has the
resources to search Department of State and Business Entity Records at no
cost to our clients. We also review file documentation and make decisions
as to the proper Defendant so that the Judgment obtained can be executed upon
quickly. |

| NLG's legal fees are designed to be simple
and competitive. In the event a claim is settled prior to suit being filed, our fee
is only twenty percent (20%) of the sums collected. If suit is filed, our fee is only
twenty-five percent (25%) of sums collected. There ARE NO NON-CONTINGENT SUIT FEES. |
